Carter High is a 2015 American sports film directed and written by Arthur Muhammad. The film is centered on the 1988 Cowboys of David W. The Carter High football team has to overcome tremendous difficulties to reach its goal of a state championship.
Based on the true story of the David W. Carter high school in Texas during the 1988-1989 season. They had won the state championship but had players that misbehaved too much even for Florida State.
