Judge Harry Bowden is a native of Atlanta who graduated from Frederick Douglass High school at the age of sixteen and earned a Bachelors of Art from Morehouse College in 1982.
At the age of twenty-three, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law.
Since 1985, Judge Bowden has served within the municipal and county justice systems in metropolitan Atlanta.
